Refund Policy

At TRACKLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Dating App Finder and tracker service. If you're not happy with your subscription, here's how our refund process works.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
  • Refunds are available for Pro and Premium plans.
  • Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to tracklyaisupp@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window.
  • Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Partial month usage after subscription cancellation.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
