Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- Refunds are available for Pro and Premium plans.
- Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to tracklyaisupp@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests submitted after the 14-day window.
- Accounts that have been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Partial month usage after subscription cancellation.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
