Feeld Search by Location: City Directory vs Desire Radius
Published October 17, 2026 · Reading time: 13 min
In short: Feeld search by location is not a city directory. You cannot type “Berlin,” a neighborhood, or a postcode and pull every Feeld member there. Feeld ranks a desire-aware nearby sample around your session. Distance is an envelope, not a kink census, not a GPS stalk, and not proof they attended a venue tonight.
Differentiation:
- Name spelling → Feeld search by name
- Discovery / desires / Majestic mechanics → Feeld profile search
- One known face, steps → how to find a specific person on Feeld
- This page = place as a query (directory vs radius)

What “Feeld search by location” is trying to buy
Google traffic usually wants one of four jobs. Feeld ships only a slice of the second.
| Job | Fantasy | Feeld reality |
|---|---|---|
| City directory | List every member in this metro | No |
| Radius browse | Only show people near my pin so I might recognise a face | Partially, nearby ranking + filters |
| Remote metro | I am not there; move the deck to their city | At most a browse-center change, still not a directory |
| Pin stalk | Drop GPS / address / venue, open their card | No |
Desire tags organise how people describe themselves. They do not turn geography into a searchable membership file.
Radius is not a municipal index
Feeld needs place so cards are not global noise. That is matching geography, not people search.
A large European or US metro contains far too many adults in the same city label. Common first names collide. Filters, pause, and ranking still gate who you see. The place on a card can be home, travel, delayed GPS, or a marketing-friendly metro.
So location removes some impossible geographies. It does not retrieve one named person on demand.
Majestic, incognito limits, and “Labs” rumours
Paid extras change leverage inside the product (how you like, how visible you are, which filters you can tighten). They do not license a map of every account in a postcode.
Privacy modes exist so people can date without becoming a public kink registry. If a setting hides or throttles a card, shrinking your distance does not override it. Treat “I paid, therefore I can GPS-search” as a myth.
Myths that waste a night
| Myth | Reality |
|---|---|
| Type city, get the member list | No official results page |
| Tight miles = they live on this block | Miles are a preference band |
| Venue name as Feeld search key | Not a business directory of attendees |
| Missing them nearby = they left Feeld | Inconclusive |
| Google “Name + city + Feeld” = live card | Usually news, bait, or generic dating pages |
Outing someone’s desire tags because a location hunt failed is both unethical and a category error.
If you only have a city
A city without first name or nickname, age band, gender/orientation context, and a face you would recognise is not an identifier. Build a biographical brief. Use in-app nearby only as recognition, not as a census.
Track by name uses first name, age, city, gender, orientation, and optional photo on supported apps. It is not a live Feeld location API and does not add a dedicated Feeld scan page, Feeld is guide-only in Trackly’s dedicated-track sense.
| Approach | City as query? | Live Feeld card on demand? |
|---|---|---|
| Nearby + desire filters | Envelope only | Only if ranking shows them |
| Majestic / paid filters | Still no directory | Same discovery, more levers |
| Google city + Feeld | No | Stale / unrelated |
| Trackly bio signals | Clue, not Feeld GPS | No, signals on supported apps |
Bottom line
No, you cannot run Feeld search by location the way you search a city business map. Nearby is not a member index. If you need structure, use a biographical brief via Track by name and treat any match as a signal, never proof they are on Feeld tonight.
